ROUGIER Electromécanique is a French family business specialised in designing and producing components or assemblies to transfer all kinds of electrical power to moving systems.
We are experts in making rotary electrical connectors and sliding electrical contacts and machining graphite components.
Our manufacturing site is located near Evreux, in the county of Eure in Normandy, but we export across the globe. The site contains several workshops for machining graphite components, brush holders, rotary electrical connectors, slip ring assemblies, commutators and electrophoresis power supply systems.
To round out our services, we also offer spare parts for electric motors such as motor terminals, fans, fan covers and capacitors.
In the same vein, we also sell FABA brand insulated live rails.
ROUGIER Electromécanique was founded in 1927 by Jean Rougier under the name “Ets Jean Rougier”. He began the business by representing foreign companies specialised in electromechanical carbon/graphite components.
Over the years, manufacturing workshops were brought on board, beginning with brushes for electric motors followed shortly by brush holders, commutators, slip rings, rotary electrical connectors, insulated live rails and power supplies for logistics and surface treatment lines.
